Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us and ask us questions before making your purchase. While we do accept returns provided that you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your item (with exceptions, see below), we would much rather assist you in finding the right product the first time.
If you have received the item you ordered in good condition but have changed your mind or discovered that you ordered the wrong item, you may be required to pay return shipping. Some items are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, however we will waive restocking fees whenever possible. Please reach out to us immediately if there is any damage to your item(s) when you recieve it as time is of the essence in those situations.

Please note that HVAC equipment which has been installed is not eligible for return under normal circumstances. While we may be able to work with you for a partial refund, these situations are very rare and are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
